Serving Lotus Outreach for twenty years—first as a Board member and later as President—has been one of the great honors of my life. Meeting the young women we support and witnessing their strength and generosity has inspired me deeply. I’ve served as Treasurer of Lotus Outreach since 2004, and it has been an honor to help ensure our resources were used responsibly and for the greatest impact. I first came to India as a volunteer in 1995, later leading White Lotus Trust and joining Lotus Outreach in 2002 as Director of Field Operations before becoming Executive Director in 2017. What has inspired me most is the profound agency of youth from the hardest circumstances. As we enter our final year, I invite you to help us fulfill our 2026 commitments and sustain our local NGOs beyond dissolution.
