ELEVENTH RIDE: Point Reyes Bike Ride
LO Ambassador Katherine Meadowcroft
We are thrilled that Katherine Meadowcroft is leading a 42 mile group bike ride from Point Reyes Station to Point Reyes Lighthouse on October 11th for International Day of the Girl! Katherine says, “The education of girls today is the strength of tomorrow’s women.”
From Katherine:
“Come join this group cycling ride with a dedication to support Lotus Outreach International and the 1000 Coffee Event in honor of the education and empowerment of girls in India and Cambodia. We ask that you consider a monthly commitment to LO’s Scholarship Fund, or a one-time donation. Thank you.
This round-trip ride will cycle from Point Reyes Station to Point Reyes Lighthouse (42 miles), on one of the most beautiful, quintessential Marin County Roads. There will be rolling hills, views of the Pacific Ocean, most likely wind, maybe fog, and you will definitely see cows.
On October 11th, Please meet Katherine Meadowcroft on the grass by Cowgirl Creamery any time after 10:00AM. Cycling begins at 10:30AM. The ride should be approximately 3 -5 hours (depending on the pace you choose to ride).
It has been said that when cycling with friends you go farther, faster, and have more fun. To be sure, whether you are coming to go farther or faster, you most certainly shall have more fun ☺!”
